The Stadlchalet and Chalet Kunterbunt are located in the heart of the Tyrolean Oberland and are popular with cyclists making a short stopover in summer.
Of course, it is also ideal for families who enjoy the fact that the children can let off steam to their heart's content in the large garden and the parents can enjoy the view from the terrace. 

In winter, the Stadlchalet is available from 7 nights and the Kunterbunt from 3 nights, close to the most popular ski areas in the Oberes Gericht.

Ladis-Fiss-Serfaus, Fendels and Nauders can be reached within 15 minutes by free public transport. The buses leave almost directly in front of the house.

The Kaunertal Glacier is also worth a trip for keen skiers.

A ski room is available in our garage. - Warm ski boots are guaranteed for the next day of skiing.

For the bad weather program, the indoor swimming pool Quellalpin in the Kaunertal offers the opportunity to do sports. 

The Stadlchalet is the perfect accommodation for large groups in winter, as we can combine all 3 apartments and a lounge. - This means that groups of up to 10 people (with emergency bed even 12 people) can spend a great vacation. The lounge has a large kitchen with a large dining table, darts, table soccer, Nintendo Switch and board games, which guarantee fun and entertainment.

The apartments, Kirchturmblick and Gartenblick, have a double bed, a kitchenette with dining area and a bathroom with shower/WC.

The Family Happiness apartment has two separate bedrooms. There is also a small kitchenette, a dining area and a bathroom with shower/WC.

In our Chalet Kunterbunt, the apartments have a double bed, a sofa bed with space for two more people (ideally 2 children or 1 adult), a small kitchenette with dining area and a bathroom with shower/WC.

The terraces and the garden are very popular in summer for relaxing in the evening.
